What does the Once Ring do?
Click twice to record meetings and thoughts, and Once writes the summary. Lift your hand and speak to send texts, set reminders and reply to emails. Once only records when you tell it to.
Is it always recording?
No. Once only records when you click twice to record or hold the button and lift your hand to speak.
What do I pay today?
Your pre-order is charged in full today at the price of the batch you order in. Batch 2 is $199, $100 below the $299 retail price. Batch 3 is $299, the full retail price.
Whichever batch you order in, that price is locked for your order. Later batches cost more, so the price only goes up once the batch you are in sells out.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Email us any time before your ring ships and we'll refund your pre-order in full, no questions asked. Trying the sizing kit first doesn't commit you to anything. Once your ring ships, the order is locked.
When will my ring ship?
Your free sizing kit ships first and arrives before your ring. Once you confirm your size, your ring is built to it and ships in your batch window. We'll email you before it goes out.
How do I find my ring size?
Choose the free sizing kit and we send sample rings first, so you can confirm your size before your Once ring is shipped. Wear the sample ring through a normal day, then send us your final size through the link we email after your order. Once sizing is separate from standard jewellery sizing. If you already know your size, you can select it directly.
Is shipping free, and is there a warranty?
Shipping is free on both your sizing kit and your ring. Every Once ring comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Is the Once Ring waterproof?
Yes. Once is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance, and it’s designed to be comfortable to wear all day.
How often do I need to charge the Once Ring?
Once gets 3–4 days of regular usage and 8+ hours of continuous recording, so it keeps up with meeting-heavy days.
Does Once work with my other tools and AI agents?
Yes. Connect your tools, agents, and more directly to Once, or use the Once MCP to connect Once to your other tools.
Is the Once app available on iPhone and Android?
